You must update the plugin to 1.3.1 version …

zip file updated and tested : version is OK (can need to clean your cache)

Update to 1.3.1 (pdfReport)? This is the latest version gitlab.com/SondagesPro/ExportAndStats/pdfReport ?
I see demo_of_the_plugin works great...

Yes, but i have an issue (fixed now) with my noghtly update (the zip file to download)

I download pdfReport-master.zip, unzip and upload to server (plugin folder).
demo test survey imported but I can't activate plugin in plugin manager (there isn't pdfReport plugin)

Did you have plugin/pdfReport/pdfReport.php, like it's documented here : extensions.sondages.pro/about/install-an...-for-limesurvey.html

And warning : there are some issue with pgsql and PHP7.2 currently.
