I need to update LS but am not able to use comfort update in production environment. The prod instance is modified and has survey tables. When I attempt to install a new LS instance and use an existing database which should update the existing database; the installation process returns and error stating that the database name is incorrect. Any ideas as to why the update process does not work on a new install using an existing populated database?
Any help would be useful, as I have had no luck with the outdated and confusing documentation manual.
