We had a survey running in an old version of limesurvey 1,92 , we just upgraded limesurvey and got some strange changes in the layouts.

change #1 the default text sizes are larger this makes some of our questions not fit on one page
change #2 we had a question introduction, then the question. Now everything is on one page (see image below)
change #3 the column headers for questions were not repeated in the question, now they

Is there an easy fix for this issues ?
If there a way to over-ride the new settings from the upgrade

There is a break in the template system from Version 2.05 to 2.6x.
So you will need to adapt your old templates to the new template system.

However, the template approach in 2.6x had a few flaws and will receive another major update with LS 3.0, for which the first beta version is expected for 01/07/2017. So I would not invest too much time into adapting my templates to 2.6x but rather wait for 3.0 to come out and then adapt the templates.

Probably the easiest fix for now: Go for the 2.6 LTS version, which has still the old template system, but is up to date when it comes to security. In 2.6x mainly the backend layout has changed, as far as I know the feature set is the same as for the LS 2.05 (now called 2.6 LTS) branch.

No, this is for the older version of 2.05.

As far as I know, the 2.6 LTS version is only available to customers of the some kind of service of the Limesurvey GmbH, who is taking care of this older branch of LS. If you have a subscription to the comfort update for example, you should be able to download this. Go to your profile and at the bottom of the menu to the left you will find "premium downloads". If you are not a subscriber of the comfort update, then you won't have access to download the 2.6 LTS version, I think.

There is another version of the 2.0x branch by the Limesurvey developer snoulle, who provides security fixes to the older branch as well. I don't have a link to this one, would need to search for it. I think the user Ben has posted a link to it recently. I guess it is only available via github: github.com/Shnoulle

However, please note that the downloads from github don't really work with "comfort update" I think (not sure on this one though).

Downgrading the installation did not work...

Still left with issues in the default display of questions

The question summary should show before the question
And label should not be shown inside the array charts

Attached is the old working layout (version 1,92)
And the new layout not working (version 2,05)

Any thoughts / suggestions are welcome
