Hi Community,
I'm a new LimeSurvey user and I'm trying to develop the following structure:
1) What is the number of the participants?
2) What is the full name and the date of birth for each participants?
I would like that the second answer was a three columns table, with the following headers (name, surname, date), and the number of rows should have been equal to the number of participants (the answer of the first question).
I would like to know where is the field i need to set in order to implement such a structure.

Hi, Andrea,
you have to create as many rows in the second question (a matrix(text)) as you expect the maximum number of participants.
Then you use subquestion relevance to display only as many as there are participants.
Example:
