In the end message, I have a javascript to send the survey responses to an external application.

I need to send the saved id of the response to the application.

If I include {SAVEDID} in the javascript, it is not returning the ID. I am able to get the values from the questions.

How do I get this working?

At some point in the survey, place {SAVEDID} in a hidden equation question and then reference that question in your JavaScript.

Remember though, that {SAVEDID} is only available after at least one question/group has been submitted.
