I am not certain what partial response means even after reading other posts on this. Does this mean the survey was SUBMITTED but not all questions were answered? Or does this mean it was STARTED but NOT SUBMITTED.
Thanks so much.

The survey was not completed, meaning that not all required questions were answered and the final submit button was not clicked.

Great, that is what I needed to know! And do the un-submitted answers get counted in the statistics or just the full response ones?

Volunteers are not paid.
Not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless

Hi,
such simple "Yes/No" questions you'd better try by yourself in a small test project.
BUT:
You see in "Statistics"
Selecting "All responses":
Selecting: "Complete only"
Selecting: "Incomplete only"
Here you see that one answered this question but stopped later.

It just mean :
1. «final submit button was not clicked» . But maybe particpant answered to all question.
2. «final submit button was clicked but there are error in survey that unvalidate the submission»
