File upload question: cannot select csv file

File upload question: cannot select csv file was created by lfanfoni
Version 3.21.6+200121:
I've defined a "File upload" question that allows only "csv" files:
When I select a csv file to load, I have this message:
I'm not sure it's a bug, maybe could depends by mime-type configuration, because if I add "txt" in allowed file types:
I can select my csv file:
