Add Question Theme Sliders was created by NinaDB2019
Hi all,
I am exploring the Lime Survey tool to see whether we will use this for our research (>5000 respondents). I am using LimeSurvey Version 3.17.0. Our survey mainly consists of 'trade-off' questions which look like a slider with on both ends a term/definition/statement from which the respondent needs to choose (on a scale from 0-100, 25-100 or 0-75).
Like this:
So far I have not found out whether it is possible (or how to do this) to have text on both sides of the slider. Can anyone help me with this?
I downloaded the sliderWithControls file but have not been able to programme this yet, I think the setting where I would be able to do this is under Configuration > Themes > Question Themes? Is that correct? If so, that option gives me the following response:
"Soon, here, you'll have the list of all question types, and all customed question types.
You'll be able to manage them like the Survey Themes (inheritance, theme editor, configuration at global/survey group/survey ; show/hide by survey group, etc)
Engine is already working, the interface will come very soon."
Does anyone know what to do?
Thanks in advance.
Kind regards,
Nina

Volunteers are not paid.
Not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless

Hi, Nina,
as Denis said, the first part is just setting
This is the vanilla template.
The styling (colors, alignment, etc.) is done by your template.
And herre the example survey.
Best regards
