I'm using LimeSurvey for a Client, and just exported the first results in Excel. I have noticed that some results are completely empty, but the value for last page is 2. The Survey is displayed Group by Group, which would mean the user has gone up to Group 2, right? However, all questions in Group 1 are mandatory. It should therefore not be possible to move up to gorup 2 and not fill out any answers in 1!
Any ideas, anyone? I'd really apprechiate the help.
What kind of help? First check the responses inside LimeSurvey to ensure that it isn't just a export issue.
Then I would try the survey to see if the fields are really mandatory.
What version of LimeSurvey is used?
Thanks for the Response! I'm using the old Version 1.9. Update is planned soon. The fields are mandatory, when I do not fill them out, I get an error message.
The Responses inside LimeSurvey Show exactly the same.
