I need to replace the LimeSurvey logo with the Logo of my company in a survey.
I tried to load it in the "Theme Options" section and load an image in PNG format, but it gives me error "Error uploading the document.The problem may be due to incorrect permissions for the application subfolder / tmp" .
How can I do? I don't know if I'm following the correct loading process!
I think I had the same problem. I used the program "WinSCP" to upload and replace the .png file in the folder on the server where the LimeSurvey logo is stored. But it depends how you use LimeSurvey, if it is the server of your company where LimeSurvey is installed it would be possible to do that but you need the account name and password of the server for signing in.
