Theme name, description, and graphic thumbnail was created by ChrisWilliams
Hi, in the theme editor list of themes, how do I change the name, description, and graphic thumbnail for new themes?
I can't find an obvious way to do it using the interface.
Thank you.

read this:
manual.limesurvey.org/New_Template_Syste...a_theme_from_scratch
It's all in the XML file (so you must reset the theme to apply the changes)

Hi, I updated the name and description with this method.
But a warning to anyone reading, reseting the theme resets every change you have made in the theme options screen i.e. the logo defaulted to Lime Survey so I had to re-select the new one I'd uploaded. Luckily I had not changed much else in the theme options. It would have been a real problem if I'd made a lot of changes. The extra css I added to the theme *editor* was intact though.

css changes are not affected by the reset (it's file based, not db)
btw: you can update the default values of options in the XML

Good to know, thanks.
Do you know how to update the preview thumbnails?
All my themes now have nice new names and descriptions, but they are still showing the Fruity thumbnail.
