Hi, I've been trying to incorporate an audio file in my survey for quite a while now, but for some reason, it doesn't work. I'm using the following code (the file is uploaded on the server):

<audio controls="" style="width: 185px;">
<source src="/upload/surveys/235959/images/NativeSpeaker1_dialogue.mp3" type="audio/mp3"> </source></audio>

The audio file appears in the box and I can play it. However, when I save the changes, I am left with an empty box. I've got no idea what I'm doing wrong. Can anybody help me?

No, I haven't; read through your link now - sounds as if that's the problem! I'm not too clued up on HTML unfortunately; could you let me know how I switch it off (or just share a link that explains it)? I use google chrome. My web search has been unsuccessful so far.
