Change Question Order

I want to change the order in which my questions are appearing and I am unable to locate the tool mentioned in the manual ( manual.limesurvey.org/Change_question_order ). I am using version 2.72.5+171121.

The tool looks slightly different now in the newer version. However, it should be easily be found.

Go into any survey and have a look at the left navigation. You should see something like "Question organizer":
