Hi,
I am using the "Hide Both" Option in the Presentation&Navigation Options under "Show question number and/or code:".
However when I preview the survey or just a single question the Number will still show. It actually shows regardless of what ption I select under "Show question number and/or code".
Is this just preview specific so that I can expect that the option will actually do what it is supposed to do as soon as I activate a survey? If not, how could I then hide the numbers at the beginning of each question?

This setting should have effect also in preview.

Here a few questions:
What Limesurvey version are you using? If you are not on the latest version: Try with the latest version and see if the problem persists.
Do you use a standard template that came with Limesurvey?
In case you use a modified (even just slighty) template, try a standard template and see if the problem persists.

If the problem persists in both cases you might have found a bug and should make a bug report.

I am new to Lime Survey and currently in testing state. So I am using the online demo version (latest version I guess...). I am further just using the standard template. So my issue should be easy to reproduce.
It also persists when I load one of the demo surveys from the download package and change this option to "hide both".

Congratulations, you most probably found a bug.

Please create a bug report.

also, the demo is slightly different, and not totally up to date.

I filed a bug report, and created my accout at limeservice. There the problem does not occur, seems like the bug is only appearing in the demo as suggested by Louis.
So my problem is fixed, thanks again.
