I have a survey I need to connect to a external panel. I need two variables (ID1 and ID2) to collect respondents' IDs from panel.
I created them as long free text type and always hidden.

Then, Panel sent me links:

- success (used as endlink) - myexample.com/projects/end?rst=1&ID1= XXXXX&basic=93268
- terminate (used in quota=0) - myexample.com/projects/end?rst=2&ID1= XXXXX
- quota full (used in regular quota) - myexample.com/projects/end?rst=3&ID1= XXXXX
The parts marked red are those I changed to ID1 value.


I also got links for survey: mylimesurveylink.com/index.php?r=survey/...x&sid=765137&lang=pl &ID1=XXXXX&ID2=YYYYY
Those two marked red I also change to variables values. I have three languages, so every link got the same part added.


The problem is, respondents' IDs do not show up, as ID1 and ID2 variables remain empty, even though responses in survey are collected. I tried to add also ID2 parameter to links, but without any success.
I also used tested this survey with links from another panel and it worked just fine.
Any ideas what's wrong?

what can we say, if we don't see how you set the panel integration and the other settings.

But here is a short working example.


Though you did not mention the LimeSurvey version you are using I assume it is 3.x

I get the expected link

At the moment I am a bit confused.
First you showed a redirect link with the parameter ID1, but in your sample survey it is PSID.

1. Okay, the panel provider adds a parameter to the survey link like this
http://www.examp..le.de/lime6/index.php/313656?lang=en&PSID=123456
So, please, clarify how this added parameter is called.

2. You grab this parameter using "panel integration". This is fine in your sample. Now the value (123456) is stored in this target question.

3. In the redirect links you have to insert this value, again as added parameters.
https://dkr1.ssi...s.com/projects/end?rst=1&psid={PSID}&basic=93268
You called this target question of the panel integration "PSID" (you are free how to call it) and the passed parameter also is called "psid".
Of course you have to use curly brackets. Here you use Expression Manager to insert the value of your target question,

But what about this second parameter? You called it ID2 resp. PID?
What is it needed for? There is no reference to it in the redirect links.
