I have a need to lock out everyone from the Lime. Is there a way to do that with my admin access at the config level over all the surveys or do we need to do it survey by survey? Ultimately, I would like the ability to change the single simple password as needed for access to all surveys. This way the team of people using the survey would need to just know one password for access.

Also, can this be accomplished without stopping all the surveys?

No, there is no mass-action feature to do this.

You could create a user group for all admins who are allowed to edit and then remove this from the survey when you launch.
