Send emails to participants privately was created by cubatahavana
Hi! I have a survey regarding dispensing errors in community pharmacy ready to go. I have as well an excel list of 1500+ emails belonging to all the community pharmacies I want to send the survey to. Can I do this through limesurvey in a way that email addresses are not shared? Similar to BCC-ing. Email confidentiality is paramount, and I really like the function of invitations and reminders that limesurvey offers.

Volunteers are not paid.
Not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless

Hi,
as you might have seen in the participants table, there is exactly one e-mail field.
The invitation is sent to this address.
Nothing else.
You might test it creating yourself as a participant and send an invitation to your address.

So, would that mean that if I have 1000 participants, 1000 will be sent independently?

If you send the emails via the Limesurvey Token/Patricipants system, then yes.
You need to upload a token table with one line per pharmacy/email you have.
Then Limesurvey will send individual emails with individual links to the survey.
