Hi,

Is it possible to completely override the assessment of a multiple choice question?

For example: Which words have more than four letters
- Alligator (+1)
- Spider (+1)
- Duck (-1)
- Dog (-1)

Limesurvey will ALWAYS add +1 no matter what I do.

Can I completely override the assessment result of the question with my own formula?

btw. it seems that I can only access the value of a subquestion "G1Q00004_SQ003.value" but accessing the overall value seems not possible "G1Q00004.value"

Can someone indicate the name of the variable where the assessment value for a multiple choice question is stored?

Thanks!

****************

I already tried many things for example:

{if(G1Q00004_SQ003.valueNAOK == 'Y', G1Q00004_SQ003.value = 0,0)}

{-1 * sum(G1Q00004_SQ003.valueNAOK == 'Y')}

I'm talking about the "other" multiple choice question.

This type of question does not offer the option that you linked. It just adds the assessment value for each of the boxes ticked, which does not make so much sense.
I think LS needs a feature request to change this.

Why are you continuing to cross-post. Asking the same question in multiple forums is NOT the way to get an answer.
