ask 1 specific group plus 1 out of 5

Dear all,

I hope, that somebody can help me on this issue.

I would like to apply a split survey design.
Therefore I would like to ask every participant one specific questiongroup and secondly one randomly assigned second questiongroup out from five possible groups.

I tried to use this in the Relevance equation: "specific questiongroup and (sum 1,2,3, 4, 5 LT 1)"

Do you have any idea, how to set up this correctly ?

Thank you very much!

Load an equation question at the start of the survey with a random number 1-5 and insert place group relevance based on that number.

Hello Tony,
thank you for this fast reply.
Sounds great, I have considered this, and ask myself if this question will influence the results, as some numbers are chosen more often than others.

But if this is ok, I will do this.
