WHY？

We cannot diagnose that without knowing the LimeSurvey version but try {TOKEN:TOKEN}.

Sorry but that link doesn't help anything. The forum software shortens the link. Put it into a code section, that should avoid the shortening.
But it would be important to know if your survey with tokens is set to anonymous. In this case there whould be no access to the token on purpose.

After decoding the URL, I get this:

Expression manager has wrapped "token" in error spans indicating that it is an invalid variable. It needs to be "TOKEN" (uppercase mandatory).
