Hi! I've been looking everywhere to find an answer to this but can't find it. I'm trying to put my logo in the nav-bar like in the second picture I attached. Is there a way to do it?

I've photoshop the "wanted" picture to have an example.

This very much depends on the template that you are using. You will need to find the name of the element where you want to place your logo (basically this red bar) and then adapt your template accordingly. Without knowing the template it is basically impossible to help you there.

Use a developer tool like firebug or Chrome developer tools to identify the element where you would like to place the logo.

Ok. I'll try with one of the 2 tools. I'm using the Ubuntu_orange template. I only changed the color.
