In admin module for specific question i have used question type as array. But when i export into excel sheet its show me question with brackets like e.g
6)Please rate the following items: [Rate of Pay for your Job]
i want only bracket text to be shown in excel sheet for that particular question for which i have selected question type as array.
Please find the attachment also . i have highlighted the headings

Limesurvey is configured to show both, the actual question (in your case "Please rate the following items:" and the subquestion (in your case "Rate of Pay for your Job"). I don't see how to change this without hacking the code of Limesurvey.

You could set up the "main" question as text display preceding your array question, and leave the question text empty in the array question.
