so i started my survey and it works so far, however, i keep getting emails (from limesurvey) say that there was a failure with saving of the results. in the mail it says:

which basically means: while saving ur survey-access key an error occured, survey XYZ (my survey name), and then it shows some survey question numbers.

i check the results and i can see them, so apparently it doesnt happen to all results. however, i got emails from people doing the survey saying that they cant save the results (an error message occurs). i am afraid now that i will lose results or whatever? i checked my balance, it is ok! (over 500). anyone maybe can help?

Your balance ? You are hosted on limeservice ?

If yes : please contact limeservice support.
If not : 2.00 are old, think best is: update to 2.06, deactuvate survey, reactivate survey and get back old survey table.

my response balance is 500 something, does this mean i am hosted? i am not too familiar with it yet i have to admit

do i lose any results because of the updating process? what do u mean with "get back old survey table"?

i definitely would! i m just afraid that i m not 100% sure which link it is as my limesurvey is in german i googled it but i am not sure which link it is ..

EDIT: i have another BIG problem! i deactivated my survey, to change something in the settings, then i reactivated it and now it created a new result table which means that my previous result table is gone! do i have no chance to get it back? luckily, i did export it a few hours ago to an excel file but i still would like to see it on limesurvey..

You have the link at your browser, why search on google ? You can give a "survey " link here.

For the DB : the original tabe is backuped. In 2.06 version : you can imlport ot (or use new VV version). With 2.0 : the best way is to hack th DB table.

oh ok i see, it doesnt sound like there is a manual to hack the DB table or is it somewhere explained?
