GUI suggestion - useful? feasable?

2 years 10 months ago #106769 by orvil
Feature is coded completely :) :) :) and ready now (to be tested & implemented)!

Now its easy to make all questions of a survey, group or an individual selection mandatory/optional or hidden/visible with only a few (ie 4) clicks.
Thanks to all für your hints and advice!

Are there any more ideas what is useful to do for several questions at once (bulk-operations :) or to recognize at a glanze?

Best regards/Beste Grüße,

Hi all,

meanwhile the main features as discussed before are implemented and a feature request is done.
Now I'm looking for further ideas and suggesions.

What is done so far:

1. The organize view now shows an overview for all groups and questions. By clicking the icons one can easily jump to functions like editing the question, subquestions and so on.
2. The status if a question is visible or hidden is shown as well as if a question is mandatory or not.

In this screenshot all questions are NOT mandatory (mandatory icon is greyed)

Now all questions are marked and the bulk operation to make all questions madatory is started.

After clicking the Save button all questions are mandatory now.

Some more ideas for bulk operations are:
- export, delete selected questions
- copy a question more than one time at once (with different names)

Any more ideas?
What would improve your orientation about the survey design status?
What could improve your workflow?
