Is there going to be a JavaScript library in the next version at all? I have looked everywhere to see if this will be the case, but with no luck.

I think it would be great to have something like Mootools embedded into the system, it would really add some flare to what you can do with the answer types.

Plus JavaScript scripting would become easier and shorter with much more possibilities...

From what I have read about version 2.0 it will be a lot easier to fully customise the system and so I suppose I could plug it in myself, but it would be great to see it in there from the start.

LS2 will use javascript. We use the Dojo toolkit (see google) for several things.
