Hello,

I try to import tokens from a csv file. I first made the tokens in an excel file and then saved the xls file as a csv file. When I import the csv file it says it has imported 285 data files, but it has not imported the tokens.

What am I doing wrong?


Other settings I used:
Character set: automatic
Filter empty e-mailaddresses: on
Filter double records: on

hi,
i looked for your attached file and i see two important things :

1- the csv file must have 8 fields, your file have not!.

2- the character separator for csv file is "," not ";".

try to change these.

Don't use Excel for things like this because Excel has a different internal data format.
Create 2 users with limesurvey and export the data to .csv. Then use notepad to take a look at the data format and adjust your file within notepad.
