This product is just what I need. Thanks a lot! But I need some extra question types for example:

1. File attachment option (doc, mpeg, pdf, excel, avi,...) People can download and watch, listen, read... for example radioclip or document.

2. Javascript sliding bar (example: www.softcomplex.com/products/tigra_slider_control/
You can but your own scale for sliding for example 0-100 or 0-50...
This is of course browser-type question.

3. Picture import option to Semantic Differential or Array (Flexible Labels) (Emoticons -2 -1 +1 +2 )

4. Unlimited point choice questions.

5. Background information set up (details for example age, gender..)
If you know these things you don't need to ask them you can fill information using email as id.

6. Multiple 2-columns Array (5 Point Choice) question. For example:

New color was? Great 1-2 Bad | Important of this question Very important 1-2 Not so important.

7. Email list validation option. Check for invalid email address for example (john,mail.com)

1. This is already possible. Using the integrated editor you can create links to PDF or doc files to be downloaded from a server. You can also embed images or videos.

2. This question type isn't supported yet. Do you think you can help us integrating it?

3. This is possible. Take a look at this similiar example.

5. This is a problem because limesurvey stores personal data in the tokens table separated from the survey data.

6. Check manual -> question types (dual scale matrix)

7. If you ask for an email adress with a simple text question you can use regular expressions to check this.

Mostly yes. For 8-11 see Adding A Question and following, for 12 see Tokens.

8-11 should all be possible. As a said before: Please read the manual. "Setting up a Survey" would be a good starting point.
