[done] Empty tables in advance for the surveys? 4 Months, 3 Weeks ago

Hi! You may remember me. I've recently written about some problems I've been through related to database user permissions. The company responsible for the database and application storage warned us that we couldn't use LimeSurvey anymore, because they can't give the database user permission to create or drop table in the database. Lately, everytime we need to activate a survey there's a message "DB error Command denied to user ... for table ...". They suggested us to make some changes in the code and create empty tables in advance, so when the survey is activated, the table will already be there. Is it possible? Has anyone been through anything like this before? What would you recommend?
Unfortunately, I can't switch to another hosting service and I have to cope with it and in order to go on using the LimeSurvey, which everybody here liked very much, I have to find a way out. I hope you can help me...
Thank you.

Hello Andreass,
I am sorry but there is no other way. Every table is absolutely unique and every small change on answers/questions can change the table structure.
Let me say that denying table creation to the application is absolutely stupid. I know you are not the one time to blame so I hope you understand that right.
Sorry again. Security is a fine thing, but that is just over the top.

Why not? Moving to another hoster isn't that difficult. Why is your current hoster so strict? This is incomprehensible.
