I want to change question page from img1 to be img2



On the left of img1, an answer description is not appear because I cleared it on answer table

Is it possible to hide answer description on my question page?
How can I do to change it?

Sorry, I don't really understand what you want to do.

Take a look at manual -> workarounds, there are some examples to change the layout.

Check manual -> question attributes to see what can be done using attributes.

FYI: I created and designed my image above by adobe photoshop. That is not really my web page.
Recently, I can design my page lake as img1 (please see it on the top my image), but I want to design my image lake as img2 (please see on the bottom my image).
Could you help me to guide me to design my page lake as img2?
I have done to follow workarounds as your reference, but I can just change padding, font size and alignment.

Why do you want to hide all the answers to a question?

One workaround to hide an answer is to use the same font color as the background color. Nevertheless the radio button is still shown.

I think you've already figured out how to remove the answers, for whatever reason - just don't put any answer text. If you're trying to change the alignment and spacing of the columns, you'll need to look into the HTML and CSS that make it happen. Try a different template, though - there might be one that works better as is. Or consider asking the combined questions as separate radio lists. Personally I wouldn't get hung up on layout issues if they don't break the survey's functionality or comprehensibility.
