I installed Limesurvey version Version 1.53+ (4108) to my server account using Fantastico a few days ago. I have used Php Surveyor in the past but my experience is restricted to the administration side of things and I have never had to deal with the server end before. Anyhow, everything looked great and I spent a long time setting up a survey with a nice customised template etc, testing as I went along. Last night I activated the survey and again everything seemed to work perfectly. However a number of people trying to access the survey have contacted me to say there is a problem.. the startpage opens but when they click the 'next' button they receive an error message saying
ERROR
We are sorry but your session has expired.
Either you have been inactive for too long or there were problems with your connection.
Please contact (Admin..me) for further assistance.
I am having trouble finding out why this is happening as I have checked it on my two machines and things seem OK but others are still reporting difficulties..... is there a simple explanation for this?
I have also tried to get statistics (although I just have a few responses, I wanted to check this was working) and I am getting this message

I am totally lost....the dearth of my knowledge is now very apparent and I would appreciate any advice on offer.
