Is there a way to preset the date at which an automatic email (initial invitation or reminders ) will be sent? Thanks, Benoît

This isn't possible yet. Emails are always send directly wihout any delay hwne clicking a button.

It would be a cool feature, though... Timed mail invitations and timed reminders... Something for the feature tracker? ;o)

Problem is that you have to activate this process somehow. You can use cronjobs but not every provider supports this feature. You can add this to a script which is called by a participant several times a day. But you also have to store the information when the emails were sent to not send them again.

Of course you can add this as a feature request to the bugtracker. Please describe your problem/solution as detailed as possible. But don't be angry if we consider this problematic. A donation would speed up the implementation of this feature
