Hi,

I need to send a internal survey to our company staff and the group email id for 250 employees is only one. When i send the invitation letter with the link to the group email id, each and every 250 employees gets the survey invitation.

Can they click on their respective mail link and partipate in the survey?

I think this might cause some trouble.

Please tell us more about your survey settings (tokens? anonymous/non-anonymous, ...).

The survey details are as follows;

Use Cookies: No
Allow Saves: Yes
Admin Notification: No Email notification
Anonymous answers: This survey is anonymous
Allow public registration: Yes
Token Attribute Names: (Attribute 1)
(Attribute 2)
Date Stamp? Responses will not be date stamped. (Cannot be changed)
Save IP Address? Responses will not have the IP address logged. (Cannot be changed)

Just set up a test installation and give it a try. When not using tokens and you let each user register this shouldn't be a problem.

It worked i copied the link and send it to the group id. The respondent doesnt have to register, he can participate by clicking the link.
