When I'm logged in on the home page and go to a forum, eg. here, or to read a thread from a link on the home page, I end up logged out and a "Guest". Seems like a fair number of other people are having to post as guests too.
Am I being dumb, or is something broken?

Hi, I can't reproduce it. Which browser do you use? Did you try to clear the browser cache?
Carsten set up a new behaviour of the forum, now it is possible even for guests (=not logged in users) to post in the forum ==> action to raise the LimeSurvey community and reduce the barrier for new people to ask questions.

Thanks, I should've thought to check browsers. Opera (9.52) gives trouble, but not IE6. Haven't had a chance to check yet if Opera is curable.
