I am using the the internet host Bluehost.com as the hosting provider for my website. I accessed Simple Scripts thru BlueHost which gives me access to LimeSurvey. I installed LimeSurvey within my BlueHost account. I created my Lime Survey account, and then logged in using my admin login. I created the survey, with all the questions, and I then activated the survey and took the survey twice. However, the survey did not automatically import itself into my bluehost account. When I click on the link of my survey, it states there is no survey.

Am i missing a step? How do I get my bluehost account to link to my survey so that I can use the survey within my website.

Here is where the survey should be:
www.urologyassociatesmt.com/oursurvey/

I dont get it. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hi,

LimeSurvey can present multiple surveys, so to direct someone to a specific survey, you need to give them a proper URL, not just the general LimeSurvey url, which you've got here.

Each survey has a unique SID, (let's say your one is 12345), and can then be accessed with the URL "www.urologyassociatesmt.com/oursurvey/index.php?sid=12345"

If you want your survey to appear in the general page, then you should edit the survey settings, and - in the "Presentation & Navigation" tab, set the survey to "List Survey Publicly" = "Yes".
