I like your script very easy to use but there are 2 features that are BADLY needed.
1) being able to customize the email with the survey results. This really is a must. I can make some basic edits in the index.php file, but this needs to be in the back end.
1 thing that needs to be allowed is the ability to only display the label (answer label?) as opposed to the entire questions each time. For example if i have a question please rate us on the following topics:
topic 1
topic 2
topic 3
it prints the entire question for each response! this is combersome and annoying. (if someone can show me how to just print the label with the php code i am all ears but this does not diminish the usefulness of this feature)
2) Being able to test the emailing of results BEFORE making the survey live.
3) being able to send the results to multiple email accounts.
Please consider adding these features as soon as posisble. They will make the script much more user friendly for the end user.
