I'm trying to set up a workflow where I daily get a xml file to our ftp with firstname, lastname, date and email.

Via php I want to import the emails not already in the tokentable.

and then via a cronjob activate sending mails withe "date" older than 3 days.

Has anybody done anything like this? Is it possible, is there a better way?

Any thought would be much appreciated!

Yea, that's what I thought. Me and my big mouth told my boss that I could get that done in a couple of weeks

Well I need to get started somewhere and I have an approximate idea of how to extract the data from the xml-file.

The next thing would be to create a token in php and add them to the array from the xml file.
Insert the array to lime_token_table.

Then via a cronjob schedule sending emails depending on the attribute "date".

Is there something I'm missing? What step do you think would take the longest to code?
