Getting a "Token not yet valid" message when sending out invitation email

Hi,

We are sending a survey to over 8000 people which has resulted in creating over 8000 tokens. All tokens have been created around 5pm on December 15th. It is now currently 9:30pm on Dec 15 and I tried to send one invitation and received the message "Token not yet valid". The tokens are still not valid...

Does anyone know how long it takes for tokens to become valid considering the large number of tokens, and if the invitation will have to be re-sent until it does become valid?

Any help and knowledge would be appreciated.

I'm not sure if token creation date has anything to do with that. When you create tokens you can put the "valid from" and "until" dates. If the fields are blank the tokens are always valid, I suppose.
