Simple 1 page survey was created by charleslcso
Hello,

I have a very basic survey which I hope to implement in LS. Would appreciate if someone can confirm LS can do it.

Requirements:
* each email address can do the survey once only
* each question has multiple answers, but only 1 answer is allowed
* all answers in each question have a corresponding number (A) as value
* for certain answer it has a number (A) and a number (B) of which is representing a product
* show score (sum of A) at end of survey, with recommended products (look up all the B's)
* each question is independent on previous ones

I have attached a screen capture of the survey for reference.

We can do some minor code change to make all the above work. Hopefully within 7 MD.

Can LS do this easily?

each email address can do the survey once only

Could be done by a custom PHP Script

each question has multiple answers, but only 1 answer is allowed

Could be done with single select

all answers in each question have a corresponding number (A) as value

not clear, but you could give each answer a custom ID

for certain answer it has a number (A) and a number ( of which is representing a product

not clear

show score (sum of A) at end of survey, with recommended products (look up all the B's)

not clear completely, but you could use the expression manager to show a score

each question is independent on previous ones

this is default

Thank you thank you for your reply.

I'll supplement more info and hopefully what's not clear because clear afterward.

Please see the screen capture.

Re my original posting, number A = Points in the screen capture, number B is the ProductID.

Everything should be possible , with assessment or/and the expression manager.

Cheers Kai

I think I should put Points (please see ScreenShot...48AM.png) in Assessment, of which at end of survey I'll get the assessment score. Very good.

I can't figure out how to link ProductID into a value in Assessment.

I also can't quite understand how Expression Manager can be used here….

Any suggestions?

OK. I think I get the hang of the EM.

I think I need to check if a answer is selected "YES" (in my questions), if yes, then print ProductID.
