One of our users is trying to upload files and using the file upload question types. She is getting the following error message:

An unexpected error has occurred and your responses cannot be saved.

Your responses have not been lost and have been emailed to the survey administrator and will be entered into our database at a later point.

We are using version 1.91+ Build 10494.

We have gone into the Advanced options panel and have added the file types (PDF being the notable one)Screenshot attached. Should we be adding this information anywhere else?
