I have a survey running but I have an error with the completed status
When a new response is completed I receive a confirmation e-mail but in the tokens table the status remains N instead of changing into y or the completed date and time.
So when I want to send reminders only to people who haven't completed the survey I can't because their status isn't updated

Please help!
