Hi,

I've recently upgraded to 1.92 and now when trying to activate a new survey, I get the error:

Survey could not be activated.
Database error: Can't create table 'lime_survey_66944' (errno: 22)

I've checked the DB user has create table permissions, which it does (from localhost).

config.php and config-default.php seem to both be correct.

Exact version is:

Version 1.92+ Build 120909

The problem persists for both new surveys I attempt to create, and old surveys that I de-activate and then try and re-activate (even though they've previously worked ok).

At this point I'm really stuck. Even a point in the right direction would be immensely appreciated.

Sounds like a problem with your database. Also check available disk space on the DB-server.

The diskspace is ok, the permissions in the filesystem are ok.

However, I can write a file in /var/lib without issue, if I drop into /var/lib/mysql I get errors. Googling indicates there is most likely a filesystem issue. So presently doing a FSCK on the filesystem, which others with similar VPS issues note resolved the problem.
