I am getting this error whenever I try to start installing the application

PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class SHA256Data in /var/www/html/attache_survey/admin/classes/core/sha256.php on line 617
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Do you mean try to access the back end?
