I installed limesurvey190plus-build9642-20101214 and I think everyhting works how it should be; Only when I make a dutch survey (lang=nl) all information seems to be English. Did I do something wrong? Probably but what. When I choose other languages it works, only in Dutch it doesn't

Hmm...I can't reproduce this - below is what I get with a test Dutch survey. What do you mean by "all information"?
