Hallo,

bei der Installtion von Limesurvey gab es Fehlermeldungen:

Executing.....create index `answers_idx2` on `lime_answers` (sortorder`)...Failed! Reason: INDEX command denied to user´web422´@´localhost´for table ´lime_answers´

12 Mal gabs diese Meldung bei der Installation verschiedener Tabellen.

Trotzdem läuft LimeSurvey und bisher hat es noch keine Problem gegeben. Habt Ihr eine Idee, wie ich eine "saubere" Installation hinbekomme?

Yo, dem Datenbankuser web422 das Recht zur Erstellung von Indizes erteilen, dann klappts auch.
Die Indizes sind wichtig, wenn die nicht da sind, gibts später heftige Probleme.

OK, das klingt so, als wenn ich das nicht selbst ändern kann!? Ich kenne mich nicht so gut mit der Datenbankverwaltung aus.

Ich werde schauen ob ich was im Internet finde (php-admin ist doch eine gute Idee oder?) bzw. meinen Provider kontakten. Vielen Dank!

es hat funktioniert!!!! Herzlichen Dank für die hervorragende Unterstützung. GRANT INDEX wurde vom Hoster eingestellt - und alles funktioniert bestens!
