How to prefill question with numeric answer field 8 months 2 weeks ago #85194

Hi,

I am creating a survey for ticket system. and i want to pass ticket number in one of the survey question. such that user clicks on survey link.. my first question is ticket # which will be pre filled with my system ticket number

how to pass this ticket number to survey question.

I tried SGQA but nothing working.
