How can i change the surveyid not to be numeric, because i usw this with drupal, and i what to display some fields like this $row->84343x1x1

The problem probably is caused by invalid code and not by the survey ID being a number (which you can't change).

Did you try something like
$temp = "84343x1x1";
$row->$temp;

Please post the whole code snippet if you need further help.

Try

$row->{'84343x1x1'}
