Dear all,
I want to have a field that record the date of birth. When I select the Date/Time field for my answer, i have checked that the earlist date can select is Jan 1980.

how can I consider the case eariler then Jan 1980? Please advice

I cannot reproduce the problem. Please give more details about the LimeSurvey version and the question settings and attach a sample survey.

Have a look at the advanced settings of your date-picker question...
You'll find 2 fields to set min. and max. allowed dates.
