Hi there,

i am looking for an opportunity to send an e-mail to all entries in my token table, regardless of their status.

This email should work as a sort thank you email for those who already participated and simultanioulsy as a remidner for those who haven't filled in the survey yet. If you want a reminder email but for everyone.

Using the confirm function is no opportunity because every participant should receive
the same email.

There is no inbuild feature for this, but you can try the following, assuming you have direct DB access:

- Set all used tokens to "not used". SQL is like "update lime_tokens_12345 set completed='N' where completed != 'N'" (this is not tested!)

- Overwork the email invitation message according to your needs.

- Send the email invitation, everyone should receive that email now.

- Re-set the completed flag. SQL: "update lime_tokens_12345 set completed = 'Y' where uses_left >0".

^- The "uses_left" value will be >0 for everyone who has completed the survey so this way we can re-add the completed information.

- uses_left < 1 for completed survey ....
- uses_left > 0 for non completed survey ....
