I am trying to solve the following study.

I need to track the sports activities of a group of childrens. Well, a priori we don't know exactly how many activities each children is practising in a given moment. We need to leave this items open (not typified), so we can add as many activities as needed.

Really I need to dynamically create survey sections.

I need to solve the same problem with the schools and their related sports equipment, each one of them need their own questionarie. A priori I don't know how many sports equipment each school has.

Any help would be highly appreciated

You can't dynamically create questions or groups (database columns cannot be created after survey activation).

A solution may be to create as many groups/questions as you will need and then use conditions and an initial question "How many activities do you participate in?" to display the correct number of groups/questions.

Thanks for the conditions advice, I will study it.

But now I find new questions about my problem:

- Now with this approach, I must consider that I will need priori to determine the maximum numbers of posible grouped questions so in the worst case I would always be allowed to activate the group of questions that are needed.

- The School Manager can make a mistake answering the initial question (How many?), or by excess or by defect. In the first case there is no problem because at the end some groups of questions will not be fulfilled, but in the second case I supose that I can not invoke again the initial question/condition so I will be unable to activate more groups of questions for fulfilling without to reinitiate th survey and losing all the previous data entered.

- The survey is intended to be periodically updated (once a year) so I need to prepopulate the previous answers data in the same questionary for updating year after year.... I don't know if it is posible and how I can do it

- Yes, you will need to determine the max number of groups in advance

- For the conditions, instead of a question at the beginning, you could have a question at the end of each group "Add another activity?" that displays the next group.
