I'm putting together a questionnaire for a network survey. I have an array question asking whether the respondent has collaborated with others in their department. The subquestions are names and the answer categories are yes and no. I would like the respondents to see the names and mark yes or no for each, but I want a pre-determined ID number associated with each name to be read into the final data (instead of the name). The goal is for the end user of the data to get totally de-identified data. Is this possible? How?

You can export the data with code only, then user see the code and not the answer.

If user have acces to admin part of limesurvey, they have access at both (code and full answer)

I'd also recommend to use the answer code for the ID. Another alternative is to add the ID at the answer text if you need more than 5 characters and then use some javascript to replace ID -> name within the survey at runtime.
